Vibration Grader / cleaner PVT
Vibration screen cleaner (classifier) with connected air channel is destined for all premises where the agricultural crops are cleaned from impurities and admixtures. These machines have been tested for cleaning of all agricultural crops and granular materials. The machines are destined for high output and continuous run.
Vibration screen grader cleans the plants on pair of sieves on the basis of difference in size of single particles.
Cleaning is executed by a pair of screens on the basis of the difference in the sizes of individual particles. Screens are cleaned by rubber balls. The vibrations are generated by two vibration motors.
Connected air channel enables separation of light impurities. Adjustable wall of aspiration channel enables optimizing of air channel shape. Build-in permanent magnet catches ferrous admixtures. The closed construction of these machines prevents any dusting out.
It is possible to deliver the vibration grader or air sifter separately for various cleaning purposes. Air system of the air sifter can be delivered also without air recirculation, separator or fan.

)* Output data are valid for wheat bulk weight 750 kg/m3, moisture max. 16% and impurities max. 10%. The machine output depends on the moisture, content of impurities, raw material quality and machine settings.
Standard 98-99% cleanness is achieved with the final product.
For cleaning grains with higher moisture as well as of higher impurities contents, output will be lower.

All the above mentioned machines can be used both for pre-cleaning and cleaning; except the machines 801 and 1001, which are the pre-cleaning machines only.
